Our story begins in the shadow of historic Stone Mountain Park, where Samuel A. Jones Jr. founded Atlanta Cost Services. With a focus on providing fast and accurate construction cost estimates, he established a name synonymous with precision and reliability in the Atlanta area.
Our name reflected our mission — providing the “Atlanta” construction industry with expert “Cost” estimate “Services”.
2010 – Expansion into Consulting
In 2010, Dr. Samuel A. Jones III founded Stamina Engineering. His vision extended beyond estimation into full-service software consulting. With a philosophy centered around sustainable solutions and strong relationships, Stamina delivered transformative results for clients big and small.
The company moved operations to Florida in 2018 and continued its mission with renewed energy and innovation.
2024 – The Birth of EstiPlex
In 2024, Samuel A. Jones IV partnered with AlexAusten to create EstiPlex — a software company born from legacy, driven by innovation. EstiPlex merges our decades-long expertise in construction and engineering with cutting-edge digital tools that empower project teams and government agencies alike.
